Welcome to TheorieTime. By using our services, you agree to the terms below. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and safe learning environment for all our users and to protect the rights of Max Theory.

ART. 1
Article 1 - Definitions and Identity
TheorieTime is a trade name of Max Theory, Runmolenstraat 52, 1333AR Almere. "Services" refers to all digital learning environments, practice exams, videos, and the "Theorie Challenge" on theorietime.nl.
ART. 2
Article 2 - Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the website, including the software, the question database, the unique "Theorie Challenge" methodology, bots, and algorithms, belong exclusively to Max Theory. Users are prohibited from copying, scraping, decompiling, or reproducing any part of the content without written permission. Any form of commercial use or data extraction will lead to legal action and direct damage claims.
ART. 3
Article 3 - Personal Right of Use & Accounts
A license or subscription grants a strictly personal, non-transferable right of use. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. If Max Theory detects simultaneous use in multiple locations or devices indicating account sharing, the account will be immediately blocked without the right to a refund.
ART. 4
Article 4 - Payment, Delivery & Right of Withdrawal
Access to digital services is provided immediately after successful payment. In accordance with digital content legislation, the user agrees that by starting access, the right of withdrawal expires. No refunds are given after purchase, as the delivery of digital services is immediate and irrevocable.
ART. 5
Article 5 - Theorie Challenge & Methodology
The "Theorie Challenge" is an interactive simulation designed for educational purposes. TheorieTime uses bots and simulated scores to create a competitive learning environment. Results within the challenge do not guarantee results on the official CBR exam.
ART. 6
Article 6 - Liability & Disclaimer
TheorieTime strives for maximum accuracy of the teaching material in accordance with CBR standards. However, Max Theory accepts no liability for failing an exam, technical glitches, or any form of indirect damage. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
ART. 7
Article 7 - Fraud and Misuse
In case of suspicion of fraud, hacking, or improper use of the platform, Max Theory reserves the right to deny access immediately and recover any damages from the user.
ART. 8
Article 8 - Changes and Governing Law
Max Theory reserves the right to change these terms. This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Max Theory is established.
GARANTIE
Warranty Conditions 'Until Passed'
For the 'Until Passed' package, the student must submit their official CBR exam result letter after a continuous period of 90 days to claim the warranty and any free extensions. After sending this result letter, the student will continue to use all services and functionalities of the platform without interruption.
